RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Amble House purchase.

Return Eligibility:

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged through misuse or normal wear

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of:

  • Product damage

  • Packaging

  • Shipping label

We will work to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, please first contact the carrier. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Amble House is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by their country.
